Our motto is to be honest in all of our interactions; We are dedicated to producing excellent virgin olive oil.
We produce our olive oil by using the best technology available (RAPANELI) and strictly controlling the extraction conditions to ensure the quality of the end product. Another factor which contributes to the quality of the oil is that the olives are pressed on the same day that they are collected from the fields.

Majestic in its beauty, mighty against the hardships of nature, the olive tree has its roots deeply implanted in history, with origins dating back to our ancestor that lived in Jordan thousands of years ago.
Civilization after civilization have considered this tree sanctified, they have eaten its fruits as a delicacy, and used its leaves and oil. It was first cultivated in Jordan and Syria around 6000 BC and then moved westwards to reach the new world in which it was introduced by the Spanish settlers in the year 1500AD. According to the Old Testament, it was an olive branch that the dove brought back to Noah which let him know that the land was safe once again. A garland of olive leaves, a symbol of honor was found in the tomb of Tutankhamen. Pickled olives were found stored in the ruins of Pampell.

History: Samain Ideal Olive Oil Mill – ISO 22000: Jordanians have planted, loved, and cared for olive trees for many generations. We set out to establish a mill that embodies the long Jordanian history and traditions of olive oil making. With decades of experience, we have learned grow and select premium olives, and how to extract their oil using best practice processes for olive oil extraction technology.
The Production Process: First, the olives are picked and transported in plastic boxes to the mill site. The olives are then placed in olive collection basin, and then up to the washing machine in the production line. The clean olives are passed up to the crusher, then down into the malaxer. After the optimal time under controlled conditions, the paste is pumped into decanters where oil is separated from the water & solids. Following this, the oil goes out to collecting tanks and to the vertical separator, which is the final stage of the process then to storing stainless steel tanks.
